Established online since 2024, Handmadeboxe takes pride in the trust and loyalty of our valued customers. Recognized by online reviews from the US by late 2024, and valuable collaborations with leading and influential designers, we are committed to providing high-quality products that represent a harmonious blend of handcrafted precision and industry expertise.

Cancellations:

Eligibility for Cancellation: Products purchased from Handmadeboxe can be cancelled 48 hours after making the order. And before shipping. Customized orders are not subject to cancellations.

Return without reason:

Eligibility for Return: Products purchased from Handmadeboxe can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be unused, and in their original packaging.

Exchange : 

Because of the nature of our orders we currently do not accept any exchanges.  

Proof of purchase:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required if returning the product.

Refund process:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be some processing time before your refund is sent. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@handmadeboxe.com .

Exceptions:

Items affected by defects or quality variations fall within the scope of our warranty policy and are therefore not covered in this specific section.

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect or improper maintenance are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Products that have been modified or changed without permission from handmadeboxe are not eligible for returns
